Shipping Policy

Local Delivery

We proudly offer local delivery for all orders within our South Florida service area.

Order Timing: Orders must be placed 2–4 days in advance of the requested delivery date.
Same-Day Deliveries: In rare cases, same-day orders may be accepted at our discretion. These are handled with caution and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us directly to confirm availability before placing a same-day order.
Delivery Days & Times: Deliveries are available every day from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary depending on the location, ranging from $15–$25. The exact fee will be confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Instructions

A recipient must be present to receive the order at the delivery address.
Orders cannot be left unattended. If no one is available, redelivery may be scheduled, and additional fees will apply.
Vines in Pines is not responsible for lost or damaged arrangements once they have been handed over to the recipient.

Service Areas

At this time, we only provide local delivery within South Florida. We do not currently offer nationwide or international shipping.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within the 2–4 day window prior to delivery. During peak seasons (such as holidays, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day), additional processing time may be required.

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery team is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address, lack of access, or absence of a recipient, your order will be returned to us. Redelivery may be scheduled, but additional fees will apply.
