Terms & Conditions - the basics
Services:
Vines In Pines provides floral arrangements, custom designs, and event services, along with local delivery. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update or discontinue any offering at our discretion.
Orders & Payments

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement to secure your bouquet or event booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.

All payments must be made through approved channels. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
Local Delivery Policy

Deliveries are available within our designated local delivery area. Additional fees apply for delivery and will be calculated at checkout.

We strive to deliver all orders on time; however, delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Someone must always be present to receive the order at the delivery location or during pickup. If no one is available, the order cannot be left unattended, and redelivery fees may apply.
Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery or event date for a refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance will result in the loss of your deposit.

Once flowers are delivered or picked up, they are considered final sale. No refunds or changes can be made after transfer. Customers are responsible for care of the arrangement after pickup/delivery.
Event Services

For event bookings, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.

Final payment and event details are due by the deadline agreed upon in your contract.

Changes requested after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All photos, text, and designs on the Vines In Pines website are the property of Vines In Pines and may not be copied, shared, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to provide high-quality products and timely services, Vines In Pines is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather). Our liability will not exceed the value of the order placed
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
